What to expect.

As an organiser:
1. An initial discussion in which we will discuss
  • The current situation
  • The desired outcome
  • Ideas of how to achieve the objective
  • What items you would like to be included in the final report and at what stage you would like to receive it
2.A written offer outlining the results of the discussion, the costs, methods to be used etc
3.Participants will be contacted to give information so that the seminar can be tailored exactly to their needs
4.A professional, well-run seminar designed to achieve the desired outcome stated in the initial discussion
5.Participants will be contacted again after an agreed period following the session. This is to evaluate the success of the seminar and check if further training is required.
6.A written report containing the items agreed.

As a participant:
1.To be contacted before the seminar so that you can get to know me a little, give your input and affect the overall shape of the session.
2.A rewarding, enlightening and enjoyable learning experience.
3.To give feedback both at the end of the seminar and later - after an agreed period. This will give you the opportunity to live with what you have learned and to evaluate it more objectively
